A transfer certificate is issued when a student leaves the school. Parents can download a copy here, and schools admitting a student can confirm that a certificate is genuine.
Find a transfer certificate
Parents and schools can check and download a certificate here. Give any one of the TC number, the admission number, or the student's name, together with the date of birth. Both must match the record held by the school.

Applying for a transfer certificate
- Give the office one clear month’s notice in writing.
- Clear any outstanding dues. A certificate is issued once the account is settled.
- Return library books, identity card and any school property.
- Collect the certificate from the office, or download it here once it is issued.
